Irish Breakfast Loose Leaf Tea
This oolong from the Fujian province of China is sprinkled with ginseng and licorice root. The leaves are folded many times, you can steep the same leaves multiple times. Sweet, floral with slight spice.
Use 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per 8 ounce cup of water at 195 degrees Fahrenheit. Steep 3-5 minutes.
