Barbacoa Rub


Hand blended from chipotle, guajillo, onion, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, cinnamon, cumin, apple cider vinegar, allspice, Mexican oregano, and cloves.

Recommended Use:  This rub creates an authentic Mexican Barbecue flavor. For a rub, use 1 Tbsp. per pound of meat whether it's pork, beef or chicken.
