Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Fusion Shichimi Togarashi Seasoning
3 Tbsp Olive Fusion Japanese Dark Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Olive Fusion Chermoula Seasoning
3 Tbsp Olive Fusion Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil
2 6 oz sushi grade Ahi Tuna steaks
12 - 14 sprigs Asparagus - cut in thirds
10 - 12 small Red potatoes - quartered

Tuna and Veggie Preparation
Make a paste with 1 Tbsp Olive Fusion Shichimi Togarashi Seasoning and 3 Tbsp Olive Fusion Sesame Oil.
Place Tuna Steaks in a Ziploc and pour paste over top. Marinade in fridge minimum 8 hours
Make another paste with 1 Tbsp Olive Fusion Chermoula Seasoning and 3 Tbsp Olive Fusion Cilantro and Roasted Onion Olive Oil
Add vegetables to a large Ziploc and pour paste over top. Marinade for 1/2 hour
Cooking Tuna
Heat grill to medium high. Cook Tuna steaks to desired doneness. We prefer seared to red in the middle. Approx 2 minutes each side.
Cooking Vegetables
Air Fry potatoes at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Add Asparagus and cook 5 minutes more.
